Rental agreement
Payment.

  • Prices are currently displayed as GBP's.
  • We can accept payments in AU$ ,GBP or Euros.
  • Deposit required is 20% of rental price.
  • Reservations are held for 7 days until deposit is received and booking form returned.
  • If holiday begins less than 6 weeks from date of rental, balance in full is required at time of booking.
  • Please allow up to 3 working days for bank clearance of funds.
  • We do not accept credit cards. Bank transfer only.
  • The security deposit of will be refunded in full providing there is no physical damage or excess cleaning charges.

Cancellation
  • Should you find it necessary to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply.
  • No refund given if 6 weeks or less before booked dates.
  • If 6 weeks or greater notice is given, only the deposit will be forfeit.
  • There is no provision should you choose to leave before the end of your rental, under any circumstances.
  • We strongly recommend travel insurance for your trip.

Liability
  • The owner shall not be liable for any loss, damage, accident, injury, death or inconvenience wether to person or property (including vehicles) which the renter or any member of his/ her party may suffer or sustain, arising out of the letting agreement.

Renters Liability
  • The renter is responsible for taking good care of the property and for leaving it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period.
  • We reserve the right to charge an excess cleaning fee of �100 if the barn is not left in a satisfactory condition.
  • PLEASE inform us of any minor breakages or damage seen so it maybe attended to before the next visitors arrive.
  • Minor breakages do not mean the total loss of your security deposit!
  • If the Barn is booked for 1 couple only, using 1 bedroom, then there will be a surcharge if the 2nd bedroom and/ or bathroom are used (to cover the housekeeping laundry and cleaning costs.)
  • Do not part with a possession of the property or remove any items. (Towels are not to be removed for beach or pool use.)
  • The number of people staying in the property must not exceed that which is booked and named on booking form.

Arrival
  • Arrival time is 3pm or after on Saturday, unless by agreed prior arrangement.
  • We shall inform you closer to your booked dates how you will obtain a key.
  • On arrival the beds will be made up and towels provided in bathrooms, based on booking occupancy.
  • Some basic food provisions are provided on an honesty basis. Please read our Visitors book and replace any major items you may use. We do not have the resources to supply food and toiletries as a hotel.

Departure
  • Departure is before 10am please. We have guests arriving later and the Barn needs to be cleaned and prepared.

General Information
  • We regret there are NO pets allowed. There is an abundance of wildlife in the area.
  • No smoking within the property.
  • Electricity and hot water is included.
  • There is a gas under-floor heating extra for October to April of �50 per week. The heating is NOT on after these dates.
  • There is a supply of logs for the wood burner left inside the property.
  • The barn is well heated in winter ... the wood burner is nice to look at but not needed for warmth when heating is on.
  • If you are staying for longer than a week, and require fresh clean sheets and towels, please advise our housekeeper to arrange delivery and pick up of linen. There will be a charge for this extra service per room.

Signing the booking form concludes you have read, understood and will abide by these requirements.
